Meet Aastha

Aastha is a huge life enthusiast. After being sick with Chiari Malformation which led to a brain surgery in 2016, Aastha fell in love with the second chance at life she got that day. She enjoys strength training, baking cakes, creating, and is extremely passionate about mental health. She hopes to use her platforms to convey the message that you’re never alone and that anything is possible!
