Meet Jose

Jose is a first generation Dominican-American, with Spanish serving as his first language. He is a former college football athlete and current personal trainer. What he loves about both of his jobs is connecting with new people. As a personal trainer, he loves getting to know clients, teaching them new things and hearing about the positive impact fitness has on their life outside of the gym. When he's not working, you can catch me playing rec sports anywhere from pickle ball to baseball to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also loves to read, go to music festivals, travel and explore with my wife and our 3 long haired German Shepherd dogs.
