Luis is a retired Detective and former tactics instructor, who pursued acting after over 24 years of service in NYC . He is of Cuban/Puerto Rican descent, the proud father of two teenagers and an aficionado of 80’s music. Luis enjoys calisthenics and taking hikes in Van Cortland park.
