Bilena is a New York based content creator, baker, and Chef in training that loves to travel the world. She hails from a family of iconic New York restauranteurs which helped to pave her ever-evolving career path in the culinary space. When she's not leading pasta making classes, baking a cake for a client or overseeing her family run pastry shop, she's exploring her favorite cities around the world.
