Meet Heren
Heren is a NYC-based elementary school teacher, model, and content creator. She started modeling at 42 during her silver hair journey, and it’s been a way for her to embrace growth, confidence, and showing up as she is.
She loves to dance—bachata, merengue, and salsa are her go-to—and it’s one of the ways that she expresses joy and stays connected to culture. She also enjoys photography and creating content that captures real, meaningful moments.
In my everyday life, Heren is big on simple routines that keep her grounded, like walking her dog and taking time to reset. She is also about to become a foster dog mom, which she is really excited about.
I’m also a wife and a mom, and all of these roles together have shaped my perspective: it’s never too late to grow, evolve, and step into new things with confidence and purpose.
