  • Model applications: name, contact information (email, phone), age/date of birth, physical measurements, location, photographs, portfolio materials, social media handles, and any other information you submit when applying to be represented by Stetts.
  • Client/business inquiries: name, company name, email, phone number, and any details you include in a contact or booking request.
  • Any other information you choose to provide when corresponding with us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring/exit pages, and click activity
  • General location information (inferred from IP address)

Model application materials not selected for representation are retained during representation and then deleted, unless you request otherwise.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Stetts represents models of varying ages, including minors, in accordance with applicable industry and legal requirements. Where an applicant is under 18, we require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian in the application and representation process. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site outside of this context without appropriate parental/guardian involvement.
