Born in China and raised in New Jersey, Julia Foti is a fitness enthusiast with a special love for dance, art, yoga, weight training, and rock climbing. In her free time, she loves engaging in creative outlets such as painting, video creation, and choreography. Julia is most inspired by working with others who are passionate about what they do as it motivates her to be her best self as well. Julia takes every opportunity to learn from others and broaden her outlook on life. When not running around NYC, catch Julia taking off to explore a new city.
