Meet Lydia

As a New York native, Lydia loves to continue exploring new areas of the city.  Lydia is a licensed Registered Dietitian; she counsels patients on gut disorders via her private practice, Lydia Treat Nutrition. Besides her interests in food and nutrition, Lydia enjoys being active- she boxes weekly, runs along the west side highway on the weekends, practices yoga and Pilates, is a decent ping pong and pool player, and also played piano for 10 years.
